Miles Guo, the founder of the New Federal State of China (NFSC), began to publicly expose deep-rooted corruption within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) via live broadcasts. This marks the beginning of the Whistleblowers’ Movement.

In an attempt to stop Miles Guo from blowing the whistle, the CCP launched unrestricted lawfare against him in the U.S. On April 18, 2017, CCP spy Weijian Shan filed a years-long lawsuit against Mr. Guo, and such unrestricted lawfare is still ongoing today.
On April 19, 2017, the state-run broadcaster Voice of America (VOA) abruptly cut off a live interview with Mr. Guo when he began to discuss corruption among top CCP officials, such as Wang Qishan, and the then Vice President of the People’s Republic of China. This infamous display of the CCP’s infiltration – later dubbed the “4/19 cut-off interview incident” shocked viewers around the world.
Facebook and Twitter suspended Mr. Guo’s personal accounts temporarily.

The CCP sent Liu Yanping, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of State Security, to meet with Miles Guo on multiple occasions in an attempt to stop Miles Guo from blowing the whistle and lure him back to China. Liu Yanping was later detained by the FBI at an airport in New York on suspicion of cross-border law enforcement.
The CCP used U.S. casino magnate Stephen Wynn, Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy, DOJ attorney George Higginbotham, Nickie Lum Davis, and other Americans to lobby the Trump administration to deport Miles Guo. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CCP Central Committee, even personally lobbied President Trump to repatriate Mr. Guo. Fortunately, Steve Bannon and then Attorney General Jeff Sessions were able to persuade the President not to do so. Hence, the CCP failed to bring Miles Guo back to Communist China.

Clark Hill, the law firm that had been representing Miles Guo’s asylum application, was hacked by the CCP and ceased representing Guo in his asylum application as a result of the CCP’s threats.

Miles Guo was originally scheduled to speak at the Hudson Institute on October 4, 2017, about the impact of the CCP’s top leadership and kleptocrats’ corruption on the U.S. and its allies. However, under CCP pressure, the Hudson Institute canceled Miles Guo’s speech on October 3, 2017.
On October 5, 2017, Mr. Guo held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., where he revealed the document showing the CCP’s National Security Commission’s approval of the application filed by the Ministry of State Security to send additional agents to the U.S. He also explained in detail the CCP’s Blue, Gold, and Yellow Scheme (the BGY Scheme) and the 3F Plan (Foment chaos, foment weakness, and foment destruction in the U.S.). Mr. Guo warned the world that the darkness created by CCP kleptocrats was coming.
Under pressure from the CCP government, YouTube blocked Mr. Guo from doing any live streaming for 90 days.

Following the bizarre death of HNA Chairman Wang Jian in France on July 3, 2018, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement disclosed a plethora of exclusive evidence via multiple live streams, exposing “the heavy suspicions surrounding Wang Jian’s death.

On August 18, 2018, Mr. Guo’s Twitter account was suspended permanently.

The CCP contacted Apple and demanded that it remove the Guo Media App, a social media app established by Mr. Guo to expose the corruption of the CCP.

On November 20, 2018, Miles Guo, Steve Bannon, and other fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement held an information session on Wang Jian’s death in New York and established the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society.
The main purpose of the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society is to help the families of those Chinese people who have disappeared, been imprisoned, or died mysteriously, whether their deaths were staged as suicides or they ostensibly “jumped” off a 40-story building, or those whose personal assets have been stripped.

On May 11, 2019, Mr. Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement publicly opposed Hong Kong’s “Extradition Law Amendment Bill”, calling for sanctions against Hong Kong officials.
On May 31, 2019, Mr. Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement told the world in advance that the “June 9th Protest” in Hong Kong would be a city-wide action. As predicted, over a million Hong Kong people took to the streets in the “June 9th Protest”; On June 16, over 2 million people participated in the protest.

On June 9, 2019, Mr. Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement proposed for the first time the “five demands” of Hong Kong people and revealed that the CCP would send the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and special police forces to disguise themselves as Hong Kong police officers in order to violently maintain stability against peaceful protestors.
On June 14, 2019, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement warned the world that the CCP would use quasi-chemical weapons against the protesters in Hong Kong.
In the months that followed, countless Hong Kong people were raped or gang-raped by the CCP’s PLA and the Hong Kong Gangster Police, and tens of thousands of young Hong Kong people were killed, with their deaths being faked as suicides. Countless Hong Kong people were hurt, injured, killed, or went missing on the streets of Hong Kong.
However, Miles Guo, who led the Whistleblowers’ Movement to spread the truth about the crises in Hong Kong, has been called the “black hand” behind the Hong Kong Anti-Extradition Amendment Bill Movement by the CCP.

On October 21, 2019, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement revealed the truth about the murder of Hong Kong girl Chan Yin-lam by the CCP, how and where the CCP’s PLA, special police, and state security agents disposed of the corpses of abused Hong Kong people, and Mr. Guo pinpointed the CITIC Tower as one of those locations.

On January 2, 2020, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement pointed out that the CCP virus was released to crack down on the Hong Kong people’s protests.
On January 31, 2020, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement raised the concerns of the secondary disaster of the CCP virus for the first time.

On March 14, 2020, Miles Guo and fellow fighters of the Whistleblowers’ Movement exposed that the CCP virus originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

On June 4th, 2020, Miles Guo and Steve Bannon declared the founding of the New Federal State of China (NFSC) in New York and unveiled the Declaration of the New Federal State of China, which aims for establishing government bodies on the principle of “One Person One Vote” in China, following the eradication of the CCP.

On November 10, 2020, citizens of the NFSC were the first in the world to warn people not to trust the COVID vaccines made available at the time.

On December 10, 2020, citizens of the NFSC issued a warning about the secondary disasters that would be caused by the COVID vaccines, which were made available through the collusion between the Western dark forces and the CCP.

On January 24, 2021, citizens of the NFSC warned the world not to take the COVID vaccines even if they are offered for free.

On February 1, 2021, citizens of the NFSC told the world for the first time that the CCP had the antidote to the COVID virus and that the COVID vaccine was a biochemical weapon. Through the COVID vaccine, the CCP can not only control the world economy, but also all human behaviors and activities, and eventually determine the life and death of mankind. The COVID vaccine is literally the “zombie pills”.
On February 15, 2021, citizens of the NFSC revealed for the first time that the ultimate goal of the CCP is to take out the U.S. dollar and eliminate the white people with the COVID vaccines.

On April 21, 2021, citizens of the NFSC reconfirmed to the world that the CCP has the antidote to the virus and called on the world to go after the CCP for the antidote.
On April 23, 2021, citizens of the NFSC unveiled that the pilots of the CCP’s carrier-based aircraft were Russians.

On May 30, 2021, citizens of the NFSC revealed that the CCP had been experimenting with the COVID virus in various laboratories in Communist China and finally released it in the seafood market in Wuhan, and that with the virus, the CCP aimed to put Hong Kong under its control, defeat the U.S., and eventually conquer the entire world.

On September 8, 2019, Mr. Guo and Mr. Bannon announced to the world about the CCP’s “Double Dragon Plan”, which is to completely blockade Hong Kong and invade Taiwan by force.

On November 10, 2021, citizens of the NFSC disclosed that the CCP’s internal data showed that 70 million people had contracted COVID and there were 13.7 million “coronavirus-related deaths” in China. However, none of those numbers were included in the 250 million confirmed COVID cases and the 5 million COVID deaths worldwide at that time.
On November 12, 2021, citizens of the NFSC told the world that the COVID vaccine is the secondary disaster of the CCP virus and the result of the collusion between the CCP and the dark forces of the world.
On November 14, 2021, citizens of the NFSC pointed out that there would be a new virus spreading from the West Coast to the East Coast in the U.S. Soon after, the Omicron variant emerged in the United States.

On Jan 14, 2022, a major turning-point in PAG’s lawsuit against Miles Guo occurred. New York County Supreme Court disqualified Edward Moss and his law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from representing Weijian Shan (PAG) due to conflicts of interests and violations of professional ethics.

On Feb 13. 2022, the New Federal State of China warned the world that a war between Russia and Ukraine was inevitable.
On Feb 20, 2022, the New Federal State of China blew the whistle that a 2.5-hour long secret 1:1 meeting between Xi Jinping and Putin in the absence of their assistants would change the fate of humanity. Xi and Putin formed an alliance and attempted to invade Taiwan and Ukraine respectively, and then would use their invasions as a stepping stone to destroy the United States and Europe; Mr. Guo also mentioned that both Putin and Xi had health issues.
On Feb 24. 2022, the Russia-Ukraine war broke out. The New Federal State of China is the only one in the world to expose the evil plan of Xi and Putin and the fact that the CCP is secretly backing Russia in its invasion of Ukraine.
On Feb 26, 2022, the New Federal State of China, the Rule of Law Foundation, and the Rule of Law Society launched the Ukraine refugee rescue campaign! Citizens of the NFSC went to the border between Poland and Ukraine to rescue fellow Chinese, Ukrainian refugees and international friends who had been impacted by the war. Meanwhile, our fellow fighters told the entire world that the CCP was secretly backing Putin both financially and militarily.
As the first non-profit organization in Medyka, a town at the border of Poland and Ukraine, the New Federal State of China built a 400-square-meter tent there. The tent offered war-affected refugees a warm place to relax and rest, with NFSC’s signature coffee, delicious food, comfortable beds, and a children’s playground. The NFSC helped over 22,000 victims of the Russia-Ukraine war. Through collaboration, the NFSC established friendship and connections with Jewish organizations from Israel during the rescue effort.

On April 11, 2022, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo visited the NFSC’s rescue camp at Medyka, Poland. He was the first head of state to pay us a visit. Mr. De Croo invited our fellow fighter Nicole, who was wearing a yellow vest with the words “Taking down the CCP”, to take pictures with him. This indicated the international community’s tacit recognition of the NFSC.
On April 23, 2022, a Russian flight instructor was spotted on the crash site of a CCP trainer jet, confirming Mr. Guo’s revelation on April 23, 2021, that the CCP hired Russian pilots to fly its carrier-based aircraft.
Between April and October 2022, Mr. Guo warned Taiwan multiple times about the CCP’s plan to attack Taiwan, including its tactics of “besieging without attacking”, “Blitzkrieg”, etc.

On June 4, 2022, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan attended the celebration of the 2nd anniversary of the NFSC. Mr. Guo also interviewed Mrs. Morgan, which was her first public interview ever. Members of the Rothschild family also attended the event.

On July 5, 2022, Connecticut Bankruptcy Court replaced Joe D. Whitley, the previously appointed trustee in Miles Guo’s bankruptcy case, with Luc A. Despins from Paul Hastings, who has significant conflicts of interest with Mr. Guo.
On July 17, 2022, the NFSC started to blow the whistle on the CCP’s military intelligence!
In late July of 2022, the NFSC exposed top military intel of the CCP’s air force, such as the “910 Underground Command and Communication System Project”, “Project 2707”, “Project 2705”, etc. This dealt a severe blow to the CCP.

On September 18, 2022, Mr. Guo blew the whistle that Putin had been diagnosed with anal squamous cell carcinoma, which had already metastasized, and Putin would not live longer than 12 months.
On September 29, 2022, Mr. Guo exposed that the medical team of Iran’s supreme leader confirmed that Khamenei’s heart surgery failed and that there was a 99% chance that his death would be announced within the following 48 hours. This symbolized the demise of the world’s last theocratic regime.

On October 22, 2022, with the conclusion of the CCP’s 20th Party Congress, Xi Jinping accomplished the centralization of power, and the CCP truly embarked on a journey of insanity! As of that moment, the NFSC would be facing real challenges and opportunities!

On Nov 17, 2022, Luc Despins extorted Mr. Guo for $250 million, threatening that he would work with the SEC, DOJ, IRS, etc to tear apart Mr. Guo and the citizens of the NFSC.
On Nov 20, 2022, citizens of the NFSC started a 90-day spontaneous protesting campaign against the CCP spy Weijian Shan and the evil law firms bought off by the CCP such as Paul Hastings LLP and O’Melveny & Myers.

Between December 17 and 20, 2022, the NFSC made its official debut at the AmFest 2022. Nicole and Prince Li delivered passionate speeches on behalf of the NFSC, the significance of which exceeded Madame Chiang Kai-shek’s speech to the US Congress back in 1943.

On January 25, 2023, our fellow fighters volunteered to attend a peaceful rally on Capitol Hill to protest the weaponization of SEC and DOJ by the CCP, as well as racial discrimination and other wrongdoings.

From February 4 to 15, 2023, Mr. Guo blew the full whistle on the production, cost, launch bases, payloads, and deployment of the CCP spy balloons. According to Mr. Guo, the release of spy balloons can be interpreted as the CCP declaring war on the U.S. Unfortunately, no one in the world, including the elites of the U.S., has been able to speak out on this.
On February 7, 2023, citizens of the New Federal State of China, including brother Changdao, Nicole, Prince Li, and others, were invited to testify before the U.S. Congress to reveal the truth about Mr. Guo’s bankruptcy case and the CCP’s unrestricted lawfare against the U.S. Brother Changdao told the U.S. representatives that the New Federal State of China does not need assistance including funding from the U.S., but rather that the U.S takes out its own traitors.
February 17, 2023, marks the 90th day of the New Federal State of China’s spontaneous protests against the CCP spies and American law firms and lawyers who collude with the CCP. Citizens of the New Federal State of China are extending our protests to the second phase, which will last at least 100 days. We will not stop until the U.S. Congress initiates investigations into the culprits lurking in the DOJ, gets to the bottom of the facts, and revokes the court subpoenas issued to all our fellow fighters.

On March 1, 2023, Miles Guo exposed that the CCP had sent its Rocket Forces to Russia and was thus directly involved in Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
From March 2 to 4, 2023, the NFSC delegation attended the three-day CPAC conference in Maryland, letting more Americans know about the mission of the NFSC and its efforts in the Whistleblowers’ Movement in the past.
On March 2, 2023, Bloomberg published a long article titled “Refugee Camp, Fugitives, and FBI”, which recounted in detail the lobbying for Mr. Guo’s repatriation in 2017, orchestrated by the CCP, involving top US political figures, celebrities, and casino owners, as well as two US presidents.
On March 15, 2023, more than 100 FBI police officers raided Mr. Miles Guo’s residence on the 18th floor of the Sherry-Netherland Hotel in Manhattan, New York, and arrested Mr. Miles Guo, co-founder of the NFSC, under false charges brought by the SDNY prosecutors. A few hours later, Mr. Guo’s residence mysteriously caught fire, burning down the entire apartment. Also arrested under bogus accusations was Mr. Guo’s assistant, Ms. Yvette Wang. Oddly, none of the thousands of alleged “victims” was named in any documents provided by the SDNY prosecutors. Unfortunately, both Mr. Guo and Ms. Wang were denied bail, indicating the extent to which the Chinese Communist Party has infiltrated and weaponized the US judicial system to target its enemy number one, Miles Guo.

On April 8th, more than 500 NFSC members, the so-called “victims” of the prosecution, gathered in front of the Sherry-Netherland Hotel to protest the CCP’s infiltration into and weaponization of the US judiciary and the political persecution of Miles Guo, the NFSC, and the Whistleblowers’ Movement. Many American friends joined the protest and expressed their support for Miles Guo and the NFSC.
On the afternoon of April 8, after the protest, NFSC members boarded a cruise ship and passed by the Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn, where Mr. Guo is being held. NFSC members on the cruise chanted slogans such as “FREE MILES GUO” and “TAKE DOWN THE CCP” toward the building where Mr. Guo was locked up, and the voices of the NFSC members were heard for more than two hours when the cruise was between the detention center and the Statue of Liberty, officially initiating the #FreeMilesGuo campaign.
On April 17th, the FBI arrested two CCP agents responsible for running the CCP’s secret police station in New York, and the EDNY charged 40 CCP agents targeting Chinese dissidents in the US. Revealed in the EDNY document was the “912 Project Special Work Group” set up by the CCP’s Ministry of Public Security and tasked with conducting hacking, surveillance, harassing, and threatening NFSC members in addition to stirring up societal unrest and racial conflicts in the US. The “Victim-1” of the “912 Project Special Work Group” mentioned in the EDNY document is, in fact, Miles Guo, despite the fact that none of the victims’ names was explicitly listed in the documents. However, the two CCP spies operating the secret police station in New York were released the same day on which they were arrested. In contrast, Miles Guo, the CCP’s enemy number one, was denied bail, confirming the existence of the two-tiered justice system in the US weaponized by the CCP.

On May 4, Congressman George Santos and his entire team paid a visit to the NFSC’s home base in New Jersey. Mr. David Xia (a.k.a. brother Changdao), Secretary General of the NFSC, and NFSC reporters Nicole Tsai and Prince Li had warm and candid conversations with Congressman Santos. Mr. Santos said that Miles Guo’s illegal detention is proof of the CCP’s penetration into the US justice system and that he would work with fellow fighters of the NFSC to save Guo and find out the CCP agents behind the scenes. Mr. Santos also encouraged the 1.4 billion Chinese inside the Great Fire Wall and the NFSC members not to give up and said that the NFSC would eventually destroy the evil CCP.
On May 10, members of the NFSC held a grand live broadcast on GETTR to celebrate the 53rd birthday of Mr. Miles Guo, co-founder of the NFSC, who had been denied bail. Numerous supporters across the globe expressed their sincere thanks and best wishes to Mr. Miles Guo.

On June 4, the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, the NFSC held a grand ceremony dedicated to its third anniversary at its beautiful home base in Mahwah, New Jersey, joined by NSFC co-founder Mr. Steve Bannon, NFSC members from around the world, US congressmen George Santos, Paul Gosar, and Andy Ogles, Mayor of Mahwah, Jim Wysocki, and supporters of NFSC, such as John Fredericks, Kathleen Winn, Christopher Carter, Grant Stinchfield, Natalie Winters, Pete Hoekstra, Kelley Walker, Cait Corrigan, Col John Mills Ret., Jayne Zirkle, Monica Luisi, Matt Palumbo, Mike Crispi, Kevin Smith, Ryan Matta, Kevin Alan, John Tabacco, Cara Castronuova, Apollo, Joe Oltmann, David Clements, Jeremy Herrell, Christopher Rose, Burt Thakur, and Carla Spalding. The ceremony concluded with a splendid performance voicing support for the freedom of the Chinese people and the #FreeMilesGuo campaign by various artists, including Jimmy Levy, Forgiato Blow, DVS 7.0, Nick Nitolli, Omarr Shabazz, Stoney Dudebro, KillWill, Ito Da Truth, Randella, Qmay, Tian Tian, Superman, Forrest, Emma, Kida, Ava, etc.
On June 7, Congressman Santos introduced the “Guo Act of 2023,” the first bill named after Mr. Miles Guo, demanding the House Judiciary Committee, DOJ, and Select Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government investigate the CCP’s infiltration of the US government and free Miles Guo. The full title of the “Guo Act of 2023” is “The Government Unanimous Oversight Act of 2023,” aiming to impose stricter financial scrutiny on US government officials in light of notorious incidents such as that of George Higginbotham, a former DOJ employee, who aided and abetted the CCP in lobbying the US government to extradite Miles Guo to Communist China.
